MoMA To Host James Bond Retrospective

New York’s MoMA will host a full James Bond retrospective from October 5 – October 31 in which they will show all 22 films from the James Bond franchise, from Dr. No (1962) to Quantum of Solace (2008).

The retrospective marks the 50th anniversary of the franchise and also coincides with the 23rd movie release, Skyfall, which premiers October 26, 2012.

It is the second occasion that the museum is screening the Bond films: they acquired the first 14 movies in celebration of the 25th anniversary in 1987.
