New Banksy Pops Up in East London

The first Banksy of 2012 has been spotted & publicized by a gaggle of Twitter users, who have identified a stencil of the infamous street artist on a building in Kentish Town in East London. Never one to shy away from politicized statements, Banksy has this time depicted a little girl holding a lollipop and pulling a wagon, which is armed with a ready-to-launch missile.
